This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the Booked to Bliss website, send a contact inquiry, or use the booking tools on our stay pages.
Browsing this website
You can read our stay pages and destination guide without creating an account. This website has no newsletter signup or visitor account system. Its own scripts do not add analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, or browser storage.
Loading a page sends technical request information, including your IP address and browser information, to the services delivering that page. Our site is hosted on Netlify. You can read more about the hosting provider’s practices in Netlify’s privacy statement.
When you contact us
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, with an optional choice of stay. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry.
Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions for us and provides spam filtering. Our form also includes a hidden field to help identify automated submissions. You can read about Netlify’s practices in Netlify’s privacy statement.
Booking with Hospitable
Our stay pages load a booking tool supplied by Hospitable. This connects your browser to Hospitable when the page opens, even before you enter dates or choose to reserve.
The booking loader sends Hospitable a health check containing the page URL and property identifier, then confirms whether the property name appears on the page. It uses session storage to remember a successful check. When present in the page URL, booking choices and referral or campaign parameters can also be passed to the booking tool.
Dates and guest choices entered in the tool are handled by Hospitable. If you continue to reserve, any information requested in that booking process is submitted through the booking service, rather than a separate form on this website.
Hospitable’s handling of booking information and its use of cookies or other technologies are governed by its own practices. Please review Hospitable’s privacy policy and the information presented during checkout.
